When do I need to take attendance?

Attendance must be taken at the beginning of every class.

How do I take attendance?

All attendance must be taken in Veracross, our school information system. You can take attendance by logging into the faculty/staff portal. You can log in on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Your team will show up under the header "Today" on the day of practice/ the event. Click on "Attendance->" to see the class list and take attendance.

Why is it important that I take attendance in Veracross?

All student data is stored in this system. Whenever we have a fire drill or an emergency, our Security Department needs to know where each student is at a given time. Moreover, for contact tracing and medical information, we must keep accurate track of attendance.
